Banking - IGS BAP Business Execution - C11, Officer

You will be supporting the Business Execution Leads in the day-to-day operations of respective franchise units by conducting analysis and research to guide strategic decisions. This includes participating in various management disciplines such as franchise reviews, Quarterly reviews, client planning, and project-specific tasks. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing internal business metrics data, including client revenue, returns, backlog management, client calling, exposure, etc., as well as Market Share analysis. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting franchise initiatives and internal strategy presentations. Communication with bankers, Business Execution Leads, and product partners to discuss business metrics, client prioritization, coverage, revenue, returns, pipeline, and more will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be responsible for preparing reports and presentations on franchise performance for senior management, focusing on revenue and backlog analysis, calling intensity analysis, budgeting by client and product, target market reviews, etc. Your role will involve conducting revenue analysis, investigating missing or incorrect booking of revenues, and collaborating with partnering teams and product partners to ensure accurate revenue recording. You will also be involved in wallet data analysis and tracking Wallet Ranking and Market Share, including resolving discrepancies with Citis internal system. Adding value to routine deliverables through self-analysis, providing additional commentary, and supporting and mentoring junior team members will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist seniors in planning and executing complex projects and team initiatives. This role falls under the Business Management job family within the Business Strategy, Management & Administration group. It is a full-time position that requires proactive participation in the day-to-day activities of the franchise units and close collaboration with various internal teams and stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making and business growth.,
