Role Overview: Branch Head

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to lead one of our strategic branches in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record in managing branch operations, team leadership, and driving retail banking business with a strong focus on Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead branch operations and manage overall profitability.

Drive acquisition and deepening of CASA accounts.

Manage a book size of ₹100 Cr or more.

Lead a high-performing team and ensure productivity targets are met.

Maintain compliance, audit standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Ensure branch stability with a focus on long-term business growth.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Head in retail banking is mandatory.

Proven expertise in Current and Savings Account (CASA) sales.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated stability in previous roles.

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.
