Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at the branch.
Support account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and documentation. Provide information about branch banking services and products. Handle customer queries politely and professionally. Maintain accurate records and daily reports. Work with branch team to achieve monthly service and sales targets.

Skills Required

Good communication in Bengali & Hindi (English is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Data Entry). Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.

Eligibility

Minimum: HS Pass (Higher Secondary).
