As a Banker-Customer Experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services to meet the financial needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and providing appropriate solutions Proactively engage with customers to promote and cross-sell banking products and services Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Stay updated on the latest banking products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines to ensure a safe and secure banking environment for customers and the bank Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking or customer service role Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Knowledge of banking products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and customer service orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in local language (Gujarati) is preferred Join our team at IDFC FIRST Bank and be a part of our mission to provide exceptional banking experience to our customers.
