Bank Service and Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our telesales team for the IDFC First Bank process. The role involves calling potential and existing customers, explaining banking products/services, and generating sales through telephonic interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain and promote IDFC First Bank’s products (loans, credit cards, savings accounts, insurance, etc.).
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Follow compliance, quality, and process guidelines set by the bank.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.
• Confidence, persuasion, and negotiation ability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass
• Experience: Fresher can apply (prior telesales/telecalling experience is an advantage)
