Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Bank Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a motivated sales professional with banking experience and excellent communication skills to drive customer acquisition and achieve sales targets.

Salary Range

₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Key Requirements

Education

• BCOM Mandatory

Experience

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of banking experience
• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and approach potential customers for various banking products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits
• Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to existing customers

Customer Service

• Provide product information and guidance to customers
• Assist customers with account opening processes
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely

Qualifications

Educational Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• Additional certification in banking or finance preferred
