Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bank Reconciliation Specialist to join our U.S. Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bank reconciliation processes, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to work efficiently during U.S. time zone operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for U.S.-based clients.
• Match and verify bank statements, ledger entries, deposits, withdrawals, checks, and electronic transactions.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and make necessary adjustments.
• Reconcile credit card statements and other financial accounts as required.
• Prepare and maintain reconciliation reports with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve outstanding reconciliation issues.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards, internal controls, and client guidelines.
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Support month-end closing activities related to bank reconciliation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in bank reconciliation or U.S. accounting process.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Noida and comfortably in night shifts (U.S. hours).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹238,580.35 - ₹300,000.00 per year
