Your Role:

The Bank and Card Admin Specialist will be part of the Global Business Solutions (GBS), GBISC Pune. The role supports Atlas Copco Group globally in the administration of banking , corporate card and treasury systems, ensuring accurate and timely user management, compliance with Treasury guidlines, and optimization the processes. The position involves extensive interaction with banks, subsidiaries, global regions, and controlling teams.

Main Responsibilities:

To succeed, you will need:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience (preferred)
• 1–2 years’ experience in a treasury or finance role (open to recent graduates with relevant exposure)

Technical & Professional Skills

• Knowledge of treasury or finance operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments

Personal Qualities

• Self-driven, focused, and positive mindset
• Strong team player with ability to act independently
• Hands-on approach to day-to-day operations
• Innovative thinker with an analytical approach
• Good communication skills, fluency in English
