Bank & Card Admin Specialist1

Your Role:

The Bank and Card Admin Specialist will be part of the Global Business Solutions (GBS), GBISC Pune. The role supports Atlas Copco Group globally in the administration of banking , corporate card and treasury systems, ensuring accurate and timely user management, compliance with Treasury guidlines, and optimization the processes. The position involves extensive interaction with banks, subsidiaries, global regions, and controlling teams.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Maintain (create, update, remove) users in banking and treasury systems
2. Administer the group credit card program and support in rollout activities
3. Complete user requests from subsidiaries accurately and on time
4. Stay updated on bank/treasury system administration portals and upgrades
5. Actively participate in bank administration projects to optimize processes
6. Produce user access audit reports for subsidiaries self-checks and follow-up
7. Ensure compliance with routines and controls defined by Treasury and local guidelines
8. Handle ad-hoc tasks as required

To succeed, you will need:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience (preferred)
• 1-2 years experience in a treasury or finance role (open to recent graduates with relevant exposure)

Technical & Professional Skills

• Knowledge of treasury or finance operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
