Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities – Bancassurance (Life Insurance) Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff to generate business from the bank's existing customer base. Act as a single point of contact between the bank and the insurance company. Lead Generation & Conversion Identify potential customers from walk-ins and leads provided by the bank. Promote and sell life insurance products to customers through bank branches. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Service Assist customers with product information, policy selection, and application processing. Provide post-sales support, ensuring smooth policy issuance and claim process. Training & Coordination Train bank employees on life insurance products and processes to enhance cross-selling. Coordinate with branch teams for customer appointments and joint sales calls. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of daily activities and customer interactions. Provide regular updates on sales performance to reporting managers. Compliance & Quality Ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines in all sales and documentation activities. Follow ethical sales practices and maintain transparency with customers.
