Role Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced BAMS Doctor for a full-time, on-site role in Dhanbad. The doctor will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients using principles of Ayurveda and natural remedies, providing consultations, prescribing treatments, and educating patients on health management. The role also involves maintaining patient records and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. Additionally, the doctor will advise patients on diet, lifestyle, and preventive health practices.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine and treatment protocols, and clinical expertise in diagnosis and management of health conditions.
• Excellent communication, patient counseling, and interpersonal skills to provide quality care and build patient trust.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities for managing patient files and maintaining updated records.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute effectively to patient-centered care initiatives.
• Valid BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree and registration with a recognized Ayurvedic medical board.
• Experience in Ayurvedic healthcare services is preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates with a strong foundation in Ayurveda are welcome to apply.
