Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing daily operations of the bakery department.
  • Prepare high-quality baked goods such as bread, cakes, confectioneries, and pastries according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure efficient workflow and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to plan menus, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain accurate records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in a similar role (bakery or pastry chef).
  • Strong baking expertise including knowledge of various techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure during peak hours or special events.
  • Basic understanding of Bakery operations and customer service principles.
