Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Sous Chef located in Udaipur. The Bakery Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the head pastry chef in managing daily operations of the bakery section. Tasks include preparing and baking various breads, pastries, and desserts, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and training junior staff. The Bakery Sous Chef will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and adhering to recipe standards and presentation quality. Qualifications Proficiency in baking and pastry preparation Experience in kitchen management and training staff Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Culinary degree or relevant certification in baking and pastry arts Experience working in a luxury hotel or high-end bakery is a plus
