Bakery Sales Assistant

As a Bakery Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to promote and sell bakery products to customers. You will be expected to develop strong relationships with customers, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a dedication to providing outstanding customer service, and a strong work ethic. Your duties will include greeting customers in a warm and professional manner, assisting them in selecting bakery products by offering recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or complaints they may have. It is essential to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. You will also need to have a comprehensive knowledge of bakery products, including their ingredients, allergens, and nutritional information. Staying updated on new product launches and promotions is crucial. In addition to sales and customer service, you will assist in managing inventory by monitoring product sales and reporting shortages to relevant personnel. Maintaining a clean and organized sales area, creating attractive product displays, and ensuring the freshness and quality of products are also part of your responsibilities. The qualifications for this role include a High School Diploma or equivalent, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, and basic math skills for cash transactions. You should be able to stand for extended periods and lift and carry bakery products as needed. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
