Job Title: Faculty Chef Trainer – Bakery & Confectionary
Location: Pathankot
Position Overview: The Bakery & Confectionery Chef will be responsible for teaching and training students in the art of baking and confectionery, developing relevant course materials, mentoring students, and staying current with trends and innovations in the bakery and pastry industry. The Bakery & Confectionery Chef will also collaborate with other faculty members to ensure the delivery of high-quality education and practical skills development in baking and confectionery arts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Teach students practical bakery and confectionery skills, including baking techniques, pastry preparation, and creative presentation of baked goods.
· Oversee kitchen management, ensuring the organization, cleanliness, and smooth operation of the bakery and confectionery training facilities.
· Build relationships with bakeries, pastry shops, hotels, and catering businesses to secure internships and job placements for students.
· Participate in faculty meetings to contribute to curriculum development and educational improvements.
· Maintain accurate student records, grades, and attendance, ensuring proper documentation of student progress in bakery and confectionery courses.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in the culinary field, with prior teaching or mentoring experience in a culinary institution preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
