Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Bakery Chef with 5–10 years of experience in artisan and commercial baking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, developing new recipes, and ensuring consistency and excellence in production at our central bakery facility in Jigani.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide variety of baked goods including breads, cookies, cakes, and specialty desserts.
• Plan and execute daily production schedules as per demand forecasts.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of all bakery items.
• Innovate and test new bakery products in collaboration with the R&D or Head Chef.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment.
• Ensure proper hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Train and supervise junior bakers and support staff.
• Maintain and calibrate bakery equipment regularly for optimal performance.

Key Skills Required:

• Expertise in baking techniques (artisan, commercial, laminated dough, sourdough, etc.)
• Creative flair for recipe development and presentation.
• Strong understanding of ingredient functionality and food safety practices.
• Ability to manage a team and meet production timelines.
• Attention to detail and high standards of quality.

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Bakery & Patisserie / Culinary Arts / Hotel Management
• Additional certifications in Baking or Pastry Arts is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
