Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement national B2B sales strategy for HORECA, QSRs, hotel chains, and distributor networks. Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure achievement through regional teams and partners. Identify and penetrate new markets, regions, and accounts with a focus on volume growth and profitability. 2. Business Development Build and grow key accounts in hospitality, airline catering, institutional clients, and bakery chains. Forge strategic alliances with distributors, large kitchen chains, and hotel procurement teams. Lead contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and product placement initiatives. 3. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and guide a team of regional sales managers/executives across zones. Conduct regular performance reviews and sales training to ensure consistent delivery on targets. 4. Product & Market Intelligence Work closely with R&D and production teams to identify customer requirements and provide market feedback. Analyze competitor activities, market trends, pricing strategies, and suggest go-to-market approaches. 5. Sales Operations & Reporting Drive monthly sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management through CRM or internal systems. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders. 6. Distributor & Channel Management Build and manage distributor networks across regions ensuring efficient last-mile delivery. Evaluate distributor performance and ensure compliance with agreed terms and credit norms. Key Requirements: Minimum 8 years of relevant B2B sales experience in frozen foods, bakery ingredients, or hospitality supplies. Prior experience in managing national or zonal level responsibilities. Strong network within the hotel industry, QSRs, airline caterers, and institutional buyers. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel across the country as required. Preferred Background : Candidate should have prior experience working with companies supplying frozen products, bakery ingredients, or like hotels, HORECA channels, distributors. Candidates from Baker’s Circle or similar B2B suppliers will be preferred. Job Title: Bakery Chef Location: Ghodbunder Rd, Versova, Mira Bhayandar, Mumbai Experience: 5–10 years Industry: Food Production / Bakery Reports To: Production Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative Bakery Chef with 5–10 years of experience in artisan and commercial baking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, developing new recipes, and ensuring consistency and excellence in production at our central bakery facility in Jigani. Key Responsibilities: Prepare a wide variety of baked goods including breads, cookies, cakes, and specialty desserts. Plan and execute daily production schedules as per demand forecasts. Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of all bakery items. Innovate and test new bakery products in collaboration with the R&D or Head Chef. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment. Ensure proper hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
