We at Prince India, a distinguished global recruitment agency, are hiring on behalf of a premium restaurant chains in SaudiArabia. We are looking for talented individuals to join our client's growing requirements in the back of house department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods according to recipes and standards.
• Sound knowledge of various breads - pizza dough, Saaj bread, sourdough, samosa pastry making, hot dog buns, brioches, focaccia, bagels, Neapolitan pizza, etc
• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of bakery items.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and pastry teams to develop new menu items.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Baker in a restaurant, caf, or bakery.
• Knowledge of bakery techniques, dough preparation, and oven operations.
• Team-oriented, reliable, and motivated.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and kitchen sanitation standards
• Skills in supervising and managing kitchen staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Creativity and proficiency in menu development
• Formal culinary training or relevant certifications
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale restaurant or hotel
