About Us

The Role

Your Responsibilities

• Support social media management (scheduling, formatting posts, uploads)
• Create and update websites or landing pages (based on templates)
• Edit and upload video and audio content (Podcast, YouTube, etc.)
• Handle customer support inquiries with empathy and clarity
• Manage invoices, receipts, and bookkeeping coordination
• Maintain CRM data and assist with automations
• Coordinate project timelines, files, and team communication
• Prepare and organize reports, spreadsheets, and documents
• Support live events (Zoom setup, registration, follow-up emails)

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Experience with tools like Canva, GoHighLevel, WordPress, Sharepoint, and Clickup
• Basic video/audio editing (e.g. Descript, CapCut, Audacity)
• Confident in English (German is a plus)
• Tech-comfortable: you can learn new tools quickly
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Female-identifying and non-binary candidates are strongly encouraged
