Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Changodar,Ahmedbad for a Backoffice Assistant at I-koneec Motion Solutions. The daily responsibilities include working on projects related to gearboxes, motors, and drives. Following up with client regarding their requiremeny Via Email and Calls,understanding their requirement and sending them necessary documents. Following up with vendors and suppliers with orders and making sure it reaches us on time.

Qualifications

• Brief knowledge of Gearmotor, Gearboxes.
• Knowledge of Tally Software
• Communication Skills via Calls.
• Managing the office.
• Basic knowledge on Excel, Words and PPT.
• Sincere ,Disciplined and open to learning new skills.
