French Language Backend Translation & Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate customer communications, documents, and support materials from French to English and vice versa.
  • Provide backend assistance by processing customer requests and resolving issues via email, ticketing systems, or chat in French.
  • Ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and clarity in translations.
  • Maintain records, update databases, and follow standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in French (B2 level or above).
  • Good English communication and comprehension skills.
  • Freshers are welcome; prior translation or backend support experience is a plus.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup.

Shift:

24×7 rotational shifts (including nights and weekends)
