Backend Tech Lead

Role Overview: As a Backend Tech Lead at our company, you will be responsible for leading the development of our backend infrastructure. You should have a strong background in Python, Flask, Docker, AWS Cloud (especially EC2, ECS (Fargate), Lambda, S3, APIGateway, Cloudwatch, NLB, ALB), RESTful API development, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Your main focus will be on designing, developing, and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems. Additionally, you will be involved in utilizing Monitoring services like Datadog or other options such as Zabbix, Prometheus, etc., to ensure the high performance and reliability of our systems. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems using Python, Flask, Docker, and AWS Cloud technologies. - Lead the development of backend infrastructure as an Individual Contributor. - Develop solutions using Monitoring services like Datadog, Zabbix, Prometheus, etc., to ensure high-quality code and system performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive the overall success of the project. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of experience in backend system design, development, and deployment. - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Python, Flask, Docker, AWS Cloud services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, APIGateway, Cloudwatch, NLB, ALB), and RESTful API development. - Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. - 1-2+ years of experience with Monitoring services like Datadog (preferred) or other alternatives such as Zabbix, Prometheus. - Familiarity with Opentelemetry will be a plus.
