Job Description

Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions leveraging cloud capabilities
Expertise in Node.js, AWS, and data structures (mandatory)
Lead and mentor a team of software developers in building cloud-native applications
Participate in architectural discussions and design of large-scale solutions on AWS or Azure
Optimize application performance via code and resource management
Implement cloud infrastructure security best practices
Promote engineering best practices to ensure high quality and reliable deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and requirements
Desirable certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or Azure equivalents
Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
Prior experience in a Tech Lead role focused on cloud technologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
Experience in presenting to and influencing senior management

Qualifications:

7+ years of software development experience with proven project delivery
Extensive backend experience, especially with Node.js
Strong cloud knowledge, preferably certified in AWS or Azure
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design
Experience with microservices and serverless frameworks
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage multiple projects
