Backend Tech Lead

As a Software Product Development Engineer at SenecaGlobal IT Services Private Limited in Hyderabad, India, your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and test software products to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards. You will guide technical and engineering activities from the initial business requirements stage to final solution delivery, aiming to minimize delivery failures due to technology and engineering risks. - Promote a client-first attitude and establish effective communication channels with clients - Prioritize client needs to drive the delivery of software products and services - Plan and implement secured software engineering activities following agile methodologies - Manage development iterations and control scope and requirement changes to ensure project success To excel in this role, you should have: - At least 8 years of industry experience in full-stack architecture and distributed systems - Proficiency in Java, REST, Redis, AWS, and Spring Boot - Enthusiasm for innovation and self-development in backend development - Expertise in Restful API, JSON, CI/CD, and relational databases You will also be expected to: - Stay updated on the latest backend technologies - Contribute to the product development process - Mentor other developers - Ensure code quality through structured and maintainable coding practices - Have experience with performance tuning, profiling, and debugging applications Mandatory skills for this role include: - Java, Spring Boot, unit testing automation, REACT programming, Redis, AWS, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipeline automation Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack is essential.
