Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused BPO Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers, resolve queries, and promote products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers to promote or sell products/services. Handle incoming customer calls, answer queries, and resolve complaints effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions. Follow communication scripts and adhere to company guidelines and processes. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs set by the team leader or manager. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and enhance customer experience. Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus. Proven experience as telecaller or similar customer service role (preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems. Patience, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
