About The Professional Couriers The Professional Couriers (TPC) is one of India’s most trusted logistics networks, known for its extensive reach and service reliability. With a growing base of Express Collection Centres (ECCs) and Franchisees, TPC is expanding its backend operations to enhance partner experience and coordination. Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Backend Executive (preferably female) to manage and coordinate all backend communications and data between ECCs, Franchisees, the Accounts team, and Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, resolving day-to-day partner queries, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments and external channel partners. Key Responsibilities Act as a single point of contact for backend support to ECCs and Franchisees. Maintain updated digital and physical records of all ECC and Franchisee partners including registration, agreements, compliance documents, and performance reports. Coordinate with the Accounts team for payments, invoicing, dues, and reconciliation issues related to partners. Liaise with the Operations team to resolve service issues, performance gaps, and track escalations. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on partner performance, financial status, and outstanding queries. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. 1 year of experience in a coordination, backend operations, or admin role is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and digital documentation tools. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of basic accounting practices is a plus.
