Greetings from INVISIA SOFTWARE. (Night shift - 9:00 pm to 6:00 am)

Backend Support Engineer with 6 months to 1 year (

Walk - in Drive from 10/09/2025 to 12/09/2025

Timing - 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Location - No 89/1 3rd floor, Next to Royal Concorde School

Challakere, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore - 560043 India

Job Title: Backend Support Engineer Node.js (Night Shift)

Experience:

Job Summary:

Backend Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide backend technical support for Node.js-based applications.
  • Diagnose, debug, and resolve bugs and performance issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary.
  • Maintain documentation of known issues and solutions.
  • Monitor logs, alerts, and performance metrics to ensure system stability.
  • Respond to internal support queries in a timely manner.

Required Skills:

  • 6–12 months of experience in a backend or support role (internship included).
  • Solid understanding of

    Node.js

    and backend fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side debugging.
  • Working knowledge of Git and version control practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in

    night shift

    .

Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Postman, Grafana, New Relic).
  • Background in technical support or ticket-based systems.
