As a Senior Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will be an integral part of our cutting-edge IAM Squad, working on building a secure authentication and authorization backbone that caters to millions of users worldwide. Our IAM platform aims to provide seamless, scalable, and secure access to a wide range of services, promoting collaboration, innovation, and trust. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and optimize Authentication Standards by building and enhancing protocols like OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and SCIM. - Develop Scalable IAM Components to deliver high-performance services for authentication, authorization, and user management. - Drive Innovation by advancing RBAC/ABAC models, session lifecycle management, and enterprise onboarding experiences. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally with product, design, and platform teams to deliver secure, user-first APIs. - Mentor and Lead by sharing expertise, championing best practices, and shaping our technical strategy. **Qualifications Required:** - 6+ years of experience in building complex, distributed applications at scale. - Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and a strong knowledge of web fundamentals such as HTTP, REST, WebSockets, etc. - Expertise in databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar with a focus on performance and reliability. - Bonus: Hands-on experience with IAM and authentication protocols like OAuth, SAML, OIDC, RBAC, ABAC. - A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for solving high-impact problems.
