Male/Female
Location: Near Wazirpur Depot, Delhi.
Experience: 1-3 Years

Required candidates for Back end support.
Candidates must have knowledge of word, excel, email drafting.
Should have good communication skill.

You will support the sales team by managing incoming leads, preparing quotes, coordinating order processing, and ensuring follow-up communication and documentation are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend Toll free Number, service request calls.
• Manage inquiries and prepare quotes for potential clients
• Track orders from initiation to fulfillment
• Support sales team with documentation and scheduling
• Update service request in software and align service engineer for resolving complain.
• Timely follow up with customer and service engineer till complain resolve and customer satisfied with service.
• Maintain CRM data and follow up on pending leads smooth service network.
• Service engineer conveyance claim verify and submit in accounts for timely payment.

JD Requirements for Backend support:

• Sales order preparation and execution.
• Coordinate for dispatch.
• Payment Follow ups.
• Follow up with customers for upcoming requirement.
• Data maintain.
• Any other assigned task.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel and CRM systems
• Bachelor Degree in Any Field
