Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and customer databases.
• Follow up with clients for order confirmation, payments, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, agreements, and contracts.
• Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and update the sales team on stock availability.
• Handle customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Support the team in organizing exhibitions, client visits, and other promotional activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
