Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Backend Ruby Stack Developer with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Xllent Corporate Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with proficiency in ruby stack development.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain backend systems using the Ruby stack.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Design and implement database schemas and data models.
Ensure high-quality code by following best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in Ruby on Rails framework and its ecosystem.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Experience with database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
