Job Description

Designation: Python Developer - Team Lead

Experience: 7 To 10

Location: Kochi / Noida / Pollachi (Coimbatore)

Mandatory Skills:

Python, Django, Bootstrap
Database - PostgreSQL/MongoDB
Cache - Redis/Elastic Cache
Queuing - RabbitMQ /Kafka

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services using
Python
and
Django
.
Implement responsive UI components using
Bootstrap
with basic HTML understanding.
Design and build
RESTful APIs
with efficient server-side logic.
Manage data retrieval, transformation, and storage across SQL/NoSQL databases.
Write clean, maintainable, scalable code ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
Follow
Accessibility guidelines
in application development.
Build and manage GUI components using relevant Python Libraries.
Work in
Agile environments
using story/bug tracking tools.
Use version control tools such as
Git
for code management.
Work with
PostgreSQL
,
MongoDB
, and optionally
EKK
.
Implement caching and message queues using
Redis/Elastic Cache
,
RabbitMQ/Kafka
.
Work on
Linux OS
with hands-on operational experience.
Understand and contribute to
system design
and end-to-end application workflows
