BACKEND OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Candidate should have experience in the financial services field and should have good communication skills with knowledge of Primary & Mutual Funds and other Wealth Management Products knowledge Preference will be given to the candidates whose have cleared NISM\ examinations & have knowledge of Bse star mf platform.

Job Profile

20% Responsible for attend clients visiting branches and on telephone with handling their queries related to their dmat & trading accounts and guiding them with other products.

15% Follow up of Existing Customers for Debits & Credits & their pertaining to Dmat & Trading & Mutual Funds (both active and inactive customers – through Customer Ownership Program / Customer Life Cycle Management

30% Banking Working – Pertaining to punching of cheques in the system, Dealing with Risk Management System, Account Opening & Handling Applications of Various Products.

15% Coordinating with HO / Companies for the resolution of the complaints of the clients & Ensuring TAT in handling emails, co-ordination with Regional & Corporate Offices and all other day-to-day administrative activities.

10% Documentation and MIS report maintenance.

10% Business development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
