We feel it also contributes to the security and safety of society. Roles and Responsibilities: Spearheaded Product Development Lifecycle from understanding the Business Case to Implementation. Handling overshadowed installation of 1000+ smart meters and their maintenance. Managed the server and database by resolving the issues raised by clients. Should Play a crucial role in Operations & Management; led to 99% clients satisfaction. Hands on experience Handling Operations & management with daily basis tasked including resolving issues, troubleshooting. Requirements and skills  Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role  Must have experience coordinating with the clients  Good Knowledge on MS Excel.  Uploading the documents data.  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written  Experience using statistical and database software  Consulting and project management expertise  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Location – Gurgaon Working Days – 6 days(Monday – Saturday) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Required) Work Location: In person
