Backend Operation Associate

As an Operations Analyst at Inn4Smart Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a vital role in the product development lifecycle, from understanding the business case to successful implementation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the installation and maintenance of smart meters, managing servers and databases, and ensuring client satisfaction at all times. Your ability to coordinate effectively with clients, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience in handling data uploads will be essential. Additionally, your expertise in statistical and database software, coupled with your problem-solving skills, will be invaluable in this position. You will be expected to work 6 days a week in Gurgaon, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly.
