About the Company:

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire a professional and detail-oriented Executive to support our team in tender filing, data management and documentation functions.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and organized individual who can independently manage the preparation and submission of tenders, handle company data with accuracy and maintain documentation in a structured and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Filing:

• Prepare and submit tenders on relevant government and private portals (GeM, CPP, etc.)
• Monitor tender opportunities and ensure timely submissions
• Liaise with internal teams to collect required data, pricing and certifications

Data Management:

• Maintain updated databases of tenders, vendors, clients and documentation
• Organize, input and manage operational and sales-related data in Excel or ERP systems
• Generate reports and maintain audit-ready records

Documentation:

• Collect, verify and organize legal, financial and technical documents
• Ensure that all documentation complies with tender and company requirements
• Maintain both digital and physical filing systems in a secure and systematic manner

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of relevant experience in tender filing, documentation or data management
• Familiarity with e-tendering platforms such as GeM and CPP is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
