Job Summary:

Backend Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely
data entry
of business records, client information, project details, and other operational data.
Prepare regular
MIS reports
(Daily/Weekly/Monthly) based on operational and sales data, providing insights and actionable information to management.
Handle
telephone calls
to coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for project follow-ups and data validation.
Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical records.
Assist other departments in generating reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring data integrity.
Support smooth communication flow between different teams and external stakeholders.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Take initiatives to streamline backend processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good typing speed with high accuracy in data entry.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Prior experience in MIS preparation and tele-calling is preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
