Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-performance backend applications and microservices
• Architect scalable, cloud-native systems and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Write clean, maintainable, and highly performant backend code
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment
• Work with databases, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure continuous improvement of backend reliability
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  4+ years of professional backend development experienc
• e2+ years experience contributing to service design and architectur
• eStrong programming expertise in Golang and/or Pytho
• nDeep understanding of scalable, cloud-native architecture
• sProduction experience with distributed systems and database technologie
• sExperience with Docker and modern engineering practice
• sBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant technical fiel
