Backend Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for building and maintaining RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js, optimizing PostgreSQL databases, implementing authentication and security best practices, collaborating with designers & product managers, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring application performance. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js. - Architect and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance and scalability. - Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. - Collaborate with designers & product managers to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions. - Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with Node.js. - Hands-on experience with Express.js middleware architecture. - Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and optimization. - Understanding of API design principles (REST, versioning, documentation). - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar). - Bonus: Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
