Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building APIs, managing databases, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js / Java / Python / PHP (as applicable)
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
• Design, manage, and optimize databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data security measures
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of applications
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize backend services
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and designers
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Manage version control using Git/GitHub

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of backend frameworks (Express.js, Django, Spring Boot, Laravel, etc.)
• Experience with API development and integration
• Proficiency in database design and management
• Good understanding of server architecture and MVC patterns
• Knowledge of authentication methods (JWT, OAuth)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean – preferred)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on scalable or high-traffic applications
• Knowledge of microservices architecture
• Exposure to AI tools or automation tools
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
