About the Role

Origa Networks is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Backend Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Node.js development. Join our growing tech team to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Design, model, and optimize relational databases using PostgreSQL
• Ensure backend logic is built for performance, scalability, and security
• Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth)
• Write clean, modular, and testable code following industry best practices
• Collaborate closely with frontend and mobile teams to ensure seamless API integration
• Debug, profile, and fine-tune server-side code for maximum efficiency
• Take ownership of backend modules and contribute to architecture-level decisions

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in backend development using Node.js
• Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript and Express.js
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design
• Knowledge of database relationships, indexing, and query optimization
• Familiar with RESTful architecture, middleware, and versioning strategies
• Experience with tools like Git, Postman, and optionally Docker
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Must be willing to work on-site full-time at our Melattur office

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹280,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
