Backend Developer

You are a skilled and enthusiastic Backend Developer with 13 years of hands-on experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain robust backend services, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. It is essential to have experience with Strapi v4 or above, or other headless CMS tools. Collaborating with front-end developers and team members, you will integrate user-facing elements and write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Your role also includes optimizing applications for speed and scalability, working with databases to ensure data consistency and security, and participating in code reviews for continuous improvement of development processes. Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must have 13 years of experience in backend development using Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. You should possess a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL and MySQL. Knowledge of Docker, API integration, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and SonarQube will be beneficial. Being a quick learner with good communication and teamwork skills is essential. It would be advantageous to have experience with Strapi or other headless CMS platforms, exposure to containerization and cloud platforms, and understanding of authentication and authorization protocols.
