Position: Backend Developer Experience: 6+ years Location: Bengaluru / Remote
Job Type: ContractAbout the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Hibernate, SQL databases, Kafka, and scalable backend systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices.Work closely with frontend teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.Implement high-performance and secure backend logic.Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity.Handle asynchronous communication using Kafka or similar messaging systems.Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.Required Skills & Expertise:Core Skills: Java 8+, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs.Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or any RDBMS.Messaging & Streaming: Kafka (must-have), RabbitMQ (good to have).Microservices: Design, deployment, and orchestration.Tools & Platforms: Maven/Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes (good to have).Version Control: Git/GitHub/GitLab.Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Postman.Cloud Platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP (good to have).Qualifications:Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, IT, or related field.Minimum 5 years of backend development experience.Experience with large-scale, high-traffic applications.
