About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise and hands-on in Node.js, NestJS, and React, along with a strong background in cloud architecture (AWS preferred). You will play a key role in shaping the backend architecture, mentoring engineering teams, and driving best practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs. Lead backend development using Node.js, NestJS, and integrate with React-based frontends. Define and enforce architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, frontend, product, and QA. Drive cloud-native architecture using AWS services (e.g., Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway, RDS, MongoDB). Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability through monitoring and optimization. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and lead technical discussions. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks with POCs.
