The candidate must be able to combine a highly developed technical expertise (detailed in each of the below mentioned service areas) with strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide effective support to customers in Switzerland. Specific skills & requirements Operational effectiveness and efficiency: Analyse, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications in the area of SAP Logistics Execution and Warehouse manageme nt. Good understanding of ALE/IDocs and Interfaces with 3PL, various Movement types, route determination, Shipping Point determination, interface with TM etc Ensure knowledge transfer to the users, deployment and support teams. Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation. Project Coordination Manage a development or deployment project to ensure it delivers expected value to the Business partner, on time, on budget, on scope, on quality.
