Role Overview

Back Office Executives (Technical Support)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update data records accurately in Excel.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and share with the team.
  • Communicate with internal teams through email and calls in English.
  • Assist in handling queries and escalating technical issues to the concerned team.
  • Support the operations team in day-to-day back-office activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Excel

    (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).
  • Good communication skills in English

    (written & verbal).
  • Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma holder.
  • Freshers are welcome; prior experience in back office/technical support is a plus.
  • Ability to work accurately and manage multiple tasks.
