Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Lead Management Executive to support our growing chemical distribution business. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and convert sales leads into long-term customers, ensure regular follow-ups, and coordinate the daily activities of our field sales team. You’ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management & Conversion: Call and follow up with sales leads generated via IndiaMART, JustDial, TradeIndia, and other platforms. Handle additional leads provided by the company and pursue them actively. Qualify leads, understand customer requirements, and convert them into active clients. Customer Relationship & Order Management: Maintain regular communication with existing customers for repeat orders. Develop trust-based relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction. Process and confirm orders, coordinate with logistics if needed, and ensure timely deliveries. Lead Generation & Market Research: Proactively search for new leads and business opportunities using Google and other tools. Identify new industries, regions, and potential clients for business expansion. Field Sales Coordination: Plan, assign, and monitor the daily activities of field sales personnel. Collect updates from field staff and report performance metrics and challenges to management. Ensure field execution aligns with business goals and customer expectations.
