The role involves managing data entry, handling daily office activities, and ensuring smooth coordination of back-office operations. Company- Araya Ventures LLP Position- Back Office Entry Timing- 10:30am -7:30pm (Monday to Saturday) Location- Vile Parle East Education required- 12th grade Experience required- 3+ years Salary- Rs 12,000 onwards (depending on experience and knowledge) Roles and Responsibilities Enter, maintain, and organize data in the computer system with accuracy. Handle day-to-day office activities and support administrative tasks. Manage emails promptly. Perform tasks such as printing, scanning, and document management. Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of records. Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth operations. Required Skills and Qualifications Basic computer knowledge with ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Typing speed of 30+ words per minute with accuracy. Familiarity with data entry processes, record management, printing, and scanning. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Efficient in speaking, writing Hindi and English. Ability to commute to Vile Parle East from Monday to Saturday.
