About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Back-Office Software Support Manager with a strong understanding of stock market operations and back-office processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting, managing, and optimizing software solutions used in stock broking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support back-office software related to Equity & Derivatives operations.
• Handle client queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify, analyze, and resolve technical or operational challenges.
• Train users on back-office software features and workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements and software implementation in coordination with the development team.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 5+ years of experience in Stock Market Back-Office operations
• Strong understanding of Derivatives (Equity & Commodities) accounting
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Experience in implementing or supporting back-office software at stock broking firms (preferred)

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
