Job Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and order coordination.
• Handle client communication professionally via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Maintain and update client databases in Excel or CRM systems.
• Assist in marketing campaigns through social media, email campaigns, and offline promotions.
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients, design, and operations teams for timely delivery.
• Track sales and marketing performance metrics and generate reports.
• Resolve client queries, provide product information, and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam & English.
• Strong client handling and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
• Highly organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Basic understanding of branding, printing, and gifting products is an advantage.
